Our District Sales Manager is the leader of our sales team, coaching and mentoring our team members to become better versions of themselves.   • Innovation is the heart of what we do, we utilize proprietary software to educate the homeowner about the issues in their home and how we fix them long term.
  • We stand behind our waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling solutions, oftentimes with a 25-year warranty that is transferable if ownership changes.
  • On a day-to-day basis, the Regional Manager will coach, lead, mentor, and develop our Sales team members that serve homeowners.
  • Ensures our Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

  • Ensure the homeowners we serve have a remarkable experience. This role is responsible for ensuring our teams exceed our customer satisfaction ratings and formulate strategies to achieve our sales goals.

So, what are we looking for?

  • A business owner mindset with the desire to coach and mentor others to become a better version of themselves. A proven track record of leading a team for a minimum of 5 years required.
  • An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture.
  • Our ideal candidate understands the balance of listening and meeting the needs of the individual while leading with an approach that motivates others and evokes trust.
  • Possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills, and motivator. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a driving check and felony/misdemeanor background check.
