  • LEAD, MANAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY: Leads by example by living out the Thrasher purpose, mission, and values. Rewards, recognizes, and disciplines staff when necessary. Ensures crew staffing meets customer commitments through coaching and mentoring. Delivers on Annual Commitments, i.e. net promoter score & install capacity.
  • SALES TRAINING: Develop and implements regional sales trainings in both classroom and field situations that will increase sales performances. Hits or exceeds Quality Assurance Commitments. Communicates learning opportunities to various department, including Service, Sales, and Production. Helps develop and implements new hire trainings and onboarding. Responsible for all system trainings including CRM, proposal software, etc.
  • DRIVE REVENUE: Formulates and implements strategies to have each System Design Specialist/Service Tech meet or exceed projected Average Dollar Per Lead/Stop every month. Prepare and deliver performance and/or development discussions with Regional System Design Specialists and/or Service Technicians.
  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: Ensures production is set up for success. Develops and holds team accountable to cross sell other service types outside of business unit. Work with other departments to maximize training opportunities within the organization. Work regularly with customer care on appointments for service team.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Coaches team and works to resolve all issues with customers, ensuring they experience extraordinary results. Communicates learning opportunities to other departments.


  • KNOWLEDGE: Minimum five (5) years prior leadership experience with proven track record of leading, managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teams (ideally Sales Operations Management, Regional Sales Manager, Store Manager, Sales Supervisor). Construction experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • SKILLS: Prior experience operating equipment and power tools. Ability to train on safety, operations, and company objectives.
  • ABILITY: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Excellent communication skills. Regular and punctual attendance. All offers are contingent on submitting to and passing a thorough driving & background check a prior to starting.
  • At Thrasher, we pride ourselves on rewarding performance. Our compensation structure for our District Manager role has a base and bonus potential. The bonus is based on clear metrics and your team hitting those objectives. Total compensation will be in the $115,000+ range. Additionally, we provide an environment of growth, 25% of our employees are promoted YOY. Upon promotion, compensation is evaluated to fit the requirements of the new position.
