We are seeking a purpose driven Inside Sales Team Manager to coach, lead, and drive our Inside Sales / Account Manager team performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • OVERSEE A TEAM: Leads by example by living out the company’s purpose, mission, and values. Rewards and recognizes excellent work. Delivers on Annual Commitments.
  • DRIVE SALES: Ensures the Account Management team meets productivity goals for unsold proposal outbound campaign calling and is available to answer inbound project retention calls. Ensures the team meets or exceeds KPI goals and objectives, including inside sales revenue goals. Meets or exceeds individual sales goals. Actively coaches individuals on the spot through live call monitoring to assist team overcoming objections and improving the customer experience.
  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: Interacts with homeowner by using Thrasher Group Customer Messaging and executes on all company programs and processes. Assists the Customer Care team in any other activities to accomplish the mission and goals of the team. Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the Sales, Service, and Appointment Center, including scheduling leads, resets, and Annual Maintenances.


WHAT YOU NEED

  • KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of three (3) years directly overseeing and managing a sales team. Ability to hold team accountable through coaching, mentoring, evaluating, and metrics. Prior experience onboarding and training new sales hires.
  • SKILLS: Preferred prior consumer services leadership experience and background. Situational leadership style, the ability to manage in an ever-changing environment.
  • ABILITIES: Ability to pass a background check. Must possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with an unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills and motivator.
