As our Sales & Service Manager in Wichita, you will oversee our team of service professionals who complete inspections on previously installed water, foundation, and concrete solutions, then recommend additional ways we could further protect the home. We are seeking a coach and mentor to oversee this team of 8 outstanding employees.

  • LEAD, COACH, & MENTOR: Lead by example by living out the Thrasher purpose, mission, and values. Reward and recognize excellent work.
  • SALES TRAINING: Develop and implements sales trainings in both classroom and field situations that will increase sales performances. Hits or exceeds commitments. Communicates learning opportunities to various department, and helps develop / implements new hire trainings and onboarding. Responsible for all system trainings on internal systems.
  • DRIVE REVENUE: Formulates and implements strategies to have each sales person meet or exceed projected metrics every month. Coach and mentor sales team by shadowing appointments in the home. Works to resolve all issues with customers, ensuring they experience extraordinary results.
  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: Set up cross-functional teams (operations, customer care, accounting) for success.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • KNOWLEDGE: 5+ years of management experience directly overseeing, coaching, and mentoring a sales or operations team and being responsible for their performance. Ideally as a: Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, etc. A proven track record of success in leading a team with data driven examples.
  • SKILLS: Preferred prior consumer services leadership experience and background. Situational leadership style, the ability to manage in an ever-changing environment.
  • ABILITIES: Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background and driving check. Must possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with an unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills and motivator.
