Our paid Sales Internship is an unprecedented opportunity for exposure to a company that truly leads people first. For over 5 years in multiples cities (Kansas City, Omaha, Wichita) our employees have voted us a Best Place to Work. As a Sales Intern, you’ll shadow other sales people in the field, and have the opportunity to meet with homeowners and help diagnose the water, foundation, and concrete solutions we provide.
YOU’LL RECEIVE
COMPREHENSIVE PAID TRAINING: learn our dedicated sales process, how to diagnosis the solutions we solve through classroom, shadowing in the field, and 1:1 coaching. A $500 hiring bonus! (Paid $250 halfway through the internship and $250 at the end of the internship).
LIFE SKILLS: the training you receive on how to care for a home will set you up for lifelong success as a homeowner.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS: you’ll receive a project once your internship begins and will precent to our Leadership Team at the end of your internship.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH: successful completion of the internship, may result in an opportunity for full time employment or potential to return the following year in an internship. 25% of our full-time employees are promoted each year! We have 8 locations throughout the Midwest and provide the opportunity for relocation/transfer.
YOU NEED
- KNOWLEDGE: College Enrollment. Prior retail sales, construction, and farm experience preferred.
- SKILLS: Passion for impacting homeowners lives daily. The desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry. Strong Interpersonal communication skills. Coachable and positive mindset
- ABILITY: Ability to complete a 10-12 week internship between May-August of 2023. Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to submit to a motor vehicle record check. Potential for part time work beyond internship depending on availability.
