  • LEAD, MANAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY: Lead by example by living out the Thrasher Group purpose, mission, and values. Cascade messages from the Leadership Team to business unit/department. Reward and recognize excellent work. Build “Corner 4” Relationships. Deliver on Annual Commitments
  • TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS: Understand all current technology in the company and map out future needs. Create a WOW experience for Thrasher's internal and external customers in how they interact with our systems.
  • SIMPLIFICATION & INTEGRATION OF SYSTEMS: Own the simplification and integration of all Thrasher Group systems. Assess ROI of automations, integrations, or optimizations of systems and oversee the execution of those simplifications. Understand workflows and dataflows and partner to drive efficiency for our employees and customers.
  • MAKE BUSINESS INFORMATION READILY AVAILABLE: Identify, acquire, and implement systems and software for use in forecasting and dashboard reporting. Ensure appropriate information is available to decision-makers in a user-friendly, timely manner. Continuously assess what information is needed and be able to pivot and prioritize as needed.
  • ANALYZE INFORMATION: Lead the planning and execution of the annual budgeting process. Assess and evaluate the performance of the organization with regards to operational goals and budgets and provide insights and recommendations to improve results and achieve goals. Perform analysis and provide insights on cost-savings and efficiency opportunities on a regular basis. Perform financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as needed. Research potential market opportunities.


  • KNOWLEDGE: minimum of 7 years strategy and application in a mid-sized (500 person) company in technology, data, and budgeting in finance with managerial responsiblities.
  • SKILLS: Situational leadership style, the ability to manage in an ever-changing environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • ABILITIES: Must possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem solving & analytical skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with an unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills and motivator.
