Thrasher Foundation Repair is a growing family-owned residential construction business - we rely heavily on our Territory Sales Managers to educate and consult with homeowners to help us achieve our purpose – to redefine the construction industry - so that we can continue to stand out as a leader in the construction world.

Our Territory Sales Managers help new and existing homeowners using our proprietary software that explains why a problem is occurring and how we’ll be able to fix it long term. During the interview process our management team, will ask you questions and work with you in determining which role best fits your experience, skill set, and passion for personal fulfillment.

New Customers

  • Those with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dedication to our sales process earn $80K to $150K plus!
  • $98K in bonus potential, uncapped commissions, a dedicated inside sales rep that follows up on unclosed proposals. You’ll receive a base, mileage allowance, per diem for meal & hotels, hiring bonus, tiered bonuses along with that commission.

Existing Customers

  • Help homeowners fix new problems and catch issues early for our homeowners before they get worse and cost more.
  • Our current service professionals who have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, positive, coachable, and dedicated to their craft earn $80K to $150K plus!
  • This role offers uncapped commission, bonuses for anything installed same day. You'll receive base pay, company vehicle, bonsues, an inside sales help to close opened proposals, company cell phone per diem for meal & hotels, free access to our world class service software and more!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry.
  • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Those with prior experience as a Service Technician or in construction sales encouraged to apply. A mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of a driving check and background check. Ability to travel Monday-Thursday 4-8 nights per month.
