  • INITIAL CONTACT: We believe every touch in the hiring process matters and can be remembered indefinitely! As you assist with the pre-screening and contact of prospective employees we encourage our team to think through this lens. This involves assisting our recruiting team to contact candidates by text, email, and phone, along with processing them into our applicant tracking software.
  • START FIRST DAY PROCESS: Starting a new career can lead people to think about the unknowns. In this role, proactively communicate with candidates to begin hiring process, assist with questions and coordinate paperwork / initial testing.
  • WELCOME EMPLOYEES: From day 1 training through growth and development, educate our employees on Thrasher University programs and assist with hosting Culture Immersion and other trainings. Assist with uploading and creation of additional Thrasher University trainings.

  • KNOWLEDGE: Pursuing human resources, business administration, communications, or related degree.
  • SKILLS: Understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel. Some experience in an office environment preferred. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • ABILITY: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Highly organized and self-motivated. Ability to complete a 10-12 week internship between May-August of 2023. Potential for part time work beyond internship depending on availability.
